Abdominoscrotal hydrocele with ipsilateral hydroureteronephrosis in an adult: A case report

Abdominoscrotal hydrocele (ASH) is very rare in adults and difficult to suspect on clinical examination. ASH a unusual presentation of scrotal with extension intra-abdominally through the inguinal canal either communicating peritoneal cavity or non-communicating. An congenital pathology involving expanding reaching abdominal cavity. Here, we present case 25-year-old man admitted complaint pain lump left lower abdomen for 2 months swelling groin years. Ultrasound computed tomography suggest left- sided hydroureteronephrosis. A DJ stent was placed exploration, large cystic mass seen intraperitoneally extending into scrotum canal. Excision part partial excision were done eversion remaining tunica vaginalis sac. Although entity, it should always be kept list differential diagnoses during adults.
